Abstract
The article introduced the basic mode of the standardized training of residents in our hospital, discussed the nonclinical courses in the training of resident doctors. Standardized training is not only for the clinical knowledge and skills. Some of the nonclinical subjects such as medical professional ethics, Medical related laws and regulations, scientific research ability and teaching ability is also very important for a qualified resident doctor.关键词
