摘要
Abstract
Objective: to study the direct digital X-ray photography in the healthy check-up check application value in the crowd chest and feasibility. Methods: select from January 2009 to January 2010 in our hospital for physical examination of the client's 500 cases by digital X-ray photography directly on the chest check as research group, the selection of January 2008 to January 2009 in our hospital for physical examination of the client's 500 cases by the traditional X-ray a chest X-ray examination as control group, two groups of client's personal observation by radiation dose and lesion detection rate. Results: the observation group client's personal by radiation dose for (0.43±0.09 ) mGy, the group for (25.03±10.28) mGy, two groups was statistically significant difference (P < 0.05). The observation group client holds 10.00% detection rate for lesions, to 6.20% in the placebo group, the two groups was statistically significant difference (P < 0.05). Conclusion: direct digital photography system not only convenient operation, quick, and significantly reduce the conscription examination by X-ray influence, improve the lesion detection rate, more safe and effective, and suitable for the healthy check-up crowd the application of mass chest check.关键词
