Abstract
Objective: Explore the clinical efficacy of initial treatment of bacillary cavitary pulmonary tuberculosis patients by percutaneous puncture cavity injection guided by colour Doppler ultrasound. Methods: randomly divide 156 patients of initial treatment of bacillary cavitary pulmonary tuberculosis into treatment group of 72 patients and reference group of 84 patients. Both groups adopt systematic antituberculosis treatment. The treatment group adopts cavity injection guided by colour Doppler ultrasound. Contrast the clinical efficacy of the two groups.Results: after a month, the sputum negative conversion rate, chest X-ray absorption rate, and void efficiency of the treatment group is 52.8%, 87.5%, and 79.2% respectively, while the reference group's rate is 51.2%, 76.6%, and 64.3% respectively. After two months, the rate of the treatment group is 91.7%, 95.8%, and 95.8% respectively, while the reference group's rate is 79.8%, 94.0%, and 82.1% respectively. After six months, the rate of the treatment group is 98.6%, 97.2%, and 98.6% respectively, while the reference group's rate is 95.2%, 97.6%, and 89.3% respectively.Conclusion: the sputum negative conversion rate, focus absorption rate, and void efficiency of treatment of pulmonary tuberculosis by percutaneous puncture cavity injection guided by colour Doppler ultrasound is remarkable, without obvious complication or side effects.关键词
