Abstract
Objective: To study the effect of propofol combined with midazolam and / or dezocine for fiberoptic bronchoscopy in analgesic effect. Methods: 18 -65 years old in fiberbronchoscope in patients 60 cases, were randomly divided into three groups: group PD (n = 21), the first intravenous injection of dezocine 5mg + propofol 1mg / kg; PM group ( n = 19 ), the first intravenous midazolam 2mg + propofol 1mg / kg; PMD group (n = 20), the first intravenous injection of dezocine 5mg + midazolam 2mg + propofol lmg / kg. Each group according to the required additional propofol every 20-30mg. Recordings of heart rate, blood pressure, pulse oximetry, sedation grade, observed in patients with symptoms and amnesic case. Results: After administration of a minute three groups patients can achieve satisfied sedative effects (sedation grade 2 to grade 3); all patients after stopping for 15 minutes completely awake, PD group's shortest recovery time (P < 0.01), but there were 11 cases (52.4%) of the operational process of memory, only 10 cases (47.6%) patients on anaesthetic sedation method is very satisfactory. Conclusion: Propofol with midazolam and / or dezocine in fiberoptic bronchoscopy in sedation effect is better, without obvious adverse reaction.关键词
