摘要
Abstract
Objective: To study the fludarabine union dose cytarabine scheme therapy for refractory acute myeloid leukemia (AML) the clinical curative effect Methods: application of fludarabine union dose cytarabine scheme that is fludarabine (Flud) 30 mg m-2 d-1 intravenous drip, day 1 to 5 days; Interval after 4 h give cytarabine (Ara-C) 1.2 g m-2 d-1 intravenous drip, day 1 to 5 days treatment results AML 10 cases. Results: 5 patients get complete remission (CR), 1 patients get some relief (PR), the total effective rate (CR + PR) 60%, side effects for leukopenia, thrombocytopenia .. secondary infection . Conclusion: Fludarabine union dose cytarabine therapy for refractory acute myeloid, Treatment effect is good, and to avoid adverse reaction, it is worth further research and clinical application.关键词
