Abstract
objective: To explore the method of new birth, the thumb and protected by the laws anus perineal in the clinical application of can effectively protect the perineal. To effectively prevent perineal rent, and reduce the midwife in the delivery process of the physical consumption, methods: 300 cases of full term began to observe maternal random group lOOexamoles for the thumb and anus protection perineal group. A control group for the relational method to protect 100 cases perineal group2 lOOcases of control groups protected by the law of anal penned. Observation: contrast three groups after birth mothers of complete and midwife perineal physical consumption results. Observe three groups of maternal delivery situation, found that the observation group mother after delivery rate was significantly higher than the control group perineal complete 1、2 and the observation, group midwife physical consumption obviously lower than those of the control group just a little. Contusion women in childbirth to take the right method can effectively prevent midwifery perineal to tear and increase the perineal full rate reduces energy consumption too.关键词
