Abstract
Objective: Puts forward the reasonable proposal in view of the survey result, to promote the hospital pharmacy intermediate and senior title personnel professional ability promotion to provide the reference.Methods: Pharmacy in senior titles for "occupational skills requirements" questionnaire and classification of statistics.Results: Improving comprehensive ability of pharmaceutical intermediate and senior titles.Conclusions: By senior titles of pharmacy continuing education to improve the entire pharmaceutical branch of the business level and ability, promote success of hospital pharmacy Department in transition关键词
