12个亚麻品种亲缘关系的SRAP分析
Genetic Relationship Analysis of 12 Flax Cultivars with SRAP Marker

Abstract
The genetic diversities of 12 flax varieties were analyzed by SRAP technique with 9 pairs of primers. 1701 distinct bands were amplified and 593 of them were polymorphic bands (34.9% ). The dendrogram constructed by UPGMA method showed that these flax varieties could be divided into three groups, and there was a relatively large genetic distance between fiber flax and oil flax. The experiment results demonstrated that the genetic relationship between flax varieties could be determined by SRAP a-nalysis. This research result could provide a reliable basis for classifing the newly introduced material of SUZANNE.关键词
