摘要
Abstract
[ Objective ] To explore the clinical prognosis of surgery about polyp of vocal cord anterior commissuro nearly in nasal endoscopic and fibrolaryngoscope and support laryngoscope. [ Methods ] 55 cases patients with polyp of vocal cord anterior commissuro nearly were given surgery in nasal endoscopic and fibrolaryngoscope and support laryngoscope. [ Results ] 55 cases of the group: 52 were cured; 3 cases were become better; 0 cases was not prognosis. The patients were polyp of vocal cord verified by pathology. The disease of Patients had not recurred and remain about polyp of vocal cord anterior commissuro nearly and increased about hoarseness and injured about vocal cord and adhered about vocal cord Anterior commissuro nearly. [Conclusion] The surgery about polyp of vocal cord anterior commissuro nearly in nasal endoscopic and fibrolaryngoscope and support laryngoscope is vision clearly and the disease is over and no injury about the mucous membrane. It is simple operation and has little trauma.关键词
