Abstract
[Objective] To compare the clinical effectiveness of transumbilical single-port laparoscopic salpingectomy and conventional laparoscopic salpingectomy. [ Method ] The operation time, blood loss, maximum diameter of ectopic pregnancy lump, lime of detain urethral catheterication and passage of gas by anus, days of hospitaliza— tion, scar of after operation were compared between 50 cases of transumbilical single-port laparoscopic salpingectomy and 50 cases of conventional laparoscopic salpingectomy performed in Department of Gynecology, Taizhou Central Hospital from January 2009 to December 2010. [Results] There were significant differences on the operation time and scar of after operation between the two kinds of operation (F <0.05), but not on the blood loss, maximum diameter of ectopic pregnancy lump, time of detain urethral catheterication and passage of gas by anus and hospital-ization days (P>0.05). [Conclusions] Transumbilical single-port laparoscopic salpingectomy is a safe and feasible operation and can attain satisfactory cosmetic result, but the operation is more difficult than conventional laparoscopic salpingectomy. Transumbilical single-port laparoscopic salpingectomy should be indicated for patients with higher cosmetic demand.关键词
