摘要
Abstract
[Objective] To observe the clinical effects of Mifeprislone combined Misoprostol before uterine septum in early pregnancy required induced abortion. [ Methods ] Uterine septum in early pregnancy required induced abortion were randomized into observation group and control group. The observation group using mifepristone and misoprostol preoperatively and the control group accepted induced abortion directly. [ Results ] The achievement ratio of abortion, cervix laxation, artificial abortion syndromes and postoperative vaginal bleeding time were better in the observation group than control group. Bui the rate of uterine perforation showed no significant difference between two groups. [ Conclusion ] Mifepristone combined misoprostol in septate uterus abortion has higher successful rate of abortion, obvious effect of cervix dilated, decreasing rate of artificial abortion syndromes and shortening the lime of postoperative bleeding . So this method is worthy of recommendation.
