摘要
Abstract
It took only 18 years for the post-War Japan to achieve the goal of higher education popularization,which was closely related to the urgent demand of Japanese politics,economy,culture,science and technology.The increasing rate of admission into higher-level schools,the rapid development of private universities,and the emergence of multi-level higher education institutions in Japan also fueled its higher education popularization.The paper argued that in the process of the scale enlargement of Chinese higher education,we should draw on the experience from Japan,stimulate the demand for higher education and increase the supply to achieve the balance.关键词
