Reform of the Curriculum System and Personnel Training Mode of Animal Medicine Specialty of Higher Vocational Education： A Case Study of Jiangsu Animal Husbandry and Veterinary College
摘要
Abstract
To be adapted to the new requirements of veterinary drug industry and the new demand on the practical technical talents training of higher vocational education,the animal medicine specialty of Jiangsu Animal Husbandry and Veterinary College put focus on the reform of the curriculum system and personnel training mode.In accordance with the conceptions of ＂oriented by employment,occupational ethics,understanding and overall quality as the foundation,professional skills as the key,practice and application as the main line,and core curriculum as the mainstay＂,the curriculum system based on the systematization of the working process was constructed,teaching resources database,set up,and the whole teaching process was guided by industry standard such as animal disease prevention and treatment standard,animal drug manufacturing quality standard and veterinary drug sale quality management standard.The personnel training mode featured by ＂the integration of medicine and pharmacy with three progressive stages＂ and its quality evaluation system was constructed following the basic pathway of ＂school-enterprise cooperation and working and learning combination＂.关键词
