中职“双师型”教师认定标准及管理新探
Qualification and Management of "Dual-qualified" Faculty at Secondary Vocational Institutions
摘要
Abstract
A general agreement has been reached on the conception of "dual-qualified" teachers. But in the practice, the qualification criterion is complicated with multi-standards, making it difficult to compare and standardize. The qualification decision should be based on the educational nature of secondary vocational institutions and the three elements of "career length, vocational certificate and professional post certificate". The related policies on the evaluation and incentive system should be improved to ensure the healthy development of "dual-qualified" faculty.关键词
