农业院校硕士研究生幸福感影响因素分析——以江西农业大学为例
The Well-being of Postgraduates at Agricultural Universities： A Case Study of Jiangxi Agricultural University
摘要
Abstract
The survey data on the well-being of postgraduates at Jiangxi Agricultural University was studied with software AMOS and a path diagram of the measurement model was obtained. The result showed that the factors influencing their well-being include： personality, ,interpersonal relationship, achievement expectation, specialty, university, employment, family background, etc. among which employment and personality are the most influential. Therefore, the university should train their employment skills and strengths and expand the channels of launching graduates into their future careers. At the same time, the university should be aware of their group characteristics, develop their personality and set up the mental health archives for their all-round personal development.关键词
