山东省全要素能源效率及其影响因素分析
Analysis on Total Factor Energy Efficiency and Its Influencing Factors of Shandong Thinking about Environmental Pollution

Abstract
As the material basis of human survival, energy is an indispensable element input element of economic growth and development. To improve the energy efficiency is a must in tackling the energy shortage and environment pollution in current economic development. In this paper, we choose the model of invest-oriented, super-efficiency DEA with fixed returns to scale, taking the total factor energy efficiency of Shandong as the study object, by using the panel data of the 17 cities in Shandong Province from 1996 to 2010, adding environment pollution as undesirable output in function, calculating the total factor energy efficiency in each city, so as to evaluate the total factor energy efficiency and energy saving potential in every city. On this basis, we analysis its influencing factors. We find that in the target range, the average value in total factor energy efficiency is in the rising trend, but there is an obvious gap between east, middle and west regions; negative correlation is found in the relationship of industry structure, energy structure and degree of opening-up and total factor energy efficiency, but the influence of technological innovation is unobvious. So we can improve the total factor energy efficiency and reduce environmental pollution through optimizing the industry structure further, improving energy consumption structure and giving full play to the role of technological innovation.关键词
