广东省耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌SCCmec分型研究
Staphylococcal cassette chromosome mec (SCCmec) typing of methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus in Guangdong Province, China
摘要
Abstract
To investigate staphylococcal cassette chromosome mec (SCCmec) typing of methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus strains isolated in Guangdong, 3 sets of multiplex PCRs (MPCRs) were used to type SCCmec, and MPCR1 was used for detecting the special loci, common loci, distinctive loci and internal positive control locus in SCCmec. MPCR2 and MPCR3 were used for analyzing the mec gene complex and ccr gene complex, respectively. Results showed that among the 150 MRSA which was typeable, 125 (83. 3%) were Type Ⅲ , 11 (7. 3%) were type Ⅱ , and 7 (4. 7%) were type Ⅳ or Ⅴ. It's definitely that type Ⅲ SCCmer is prevailing in methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus strains isolated in Guangdong Province.关键词
