玻纤增强聚酰胺6/蒙脱土复合材料的制备及其力学性能研究
Research on Preparation and Mechanical Properties of Glass Fiber Reinforced Polyamide 6/Montmorilionite Composites

Abstract
Glass fibers reinforced polyamide 6/montmorillonite composites were prepared via screw extruding method. Their mechanical properties were measured by an electronic all-powerful tester. It was observed that the tensile and impact strengths of the composites increased with increasing content of glass fiber. At a same loading, the strengths based on 12 mm glass fiber were higher than those on 6 mm glass fiber. When the content of glass fibers was 10 % (12 ram),the tensile strength and impact strength of the composites respectively improved 17. 4% and 84. 1 compared with those of the plain polyamide 6/montmorillonite composites.关键词
