摘要

Abstract

Scratch-resistant agent was introduced into PC system containing five percent of silicon whisker. Scratch resistant properties, thermodynamic properties, mechanical properties, and rheological behavior of the modified PC system were studied using pencil tester, vicat apparatus, electronic universal testing machine, and high-pressure rheometer. It was found that the PC system with the best scratch resistance properties was PC/5 % silicon whisker/1. 2 % scratch-resistant agent, which reached a pencil hardness of 2H.
