端粒酶催化亚单位在子宫腺肌病组织中的表达及其意义
Expression of human telomerase reverse transcriptase (hTERT) in adenomyosis tissues

Abstract
Objective To investigate the expression of Human telomerase reverse transcriptase (hTERT) in eutopic and ectopic endometrial tissues of the research group (adenomvosis group) and the control group (CINfll group) investigate the possible molecular mechanism of the pathopoiesis of adenomyosis. Methods In this study data we collected inpa-tients data between January 2006 and September 2009 at the First Affiliated Hospital of Shanxi Medical University. We selected research group(eutopic endometrium and ectopic endometrium cases)and control group(C.IN]II cases) and compared will) positive expression of hTERT of both groups by tissue microarray technology and immunohistochemistry. Results The expression of hTERT in eutopic and ectopic endometrium was significantly higher than normal endometrium ( P < 0. 05). However, no significant difference was found between diffuse group and localized group of research group (P > 0. 05). The expression of hTERT in proliferative phase endometrial was significantly higher than secretory phase endometrial (P < 0. 05). The expression of hTERT was related to the size of uterus (P < 0. 05 ). The expression of hTERT was unrelated to menstrual changes ( P > 0. 05). Conclusion hTERT in the development of adenomyosis may play an important role in the process.关键词
