摘要
Abstract
Chronic mountain sickness(CMS)is a clinical syndrome of high-altitude disease. Recently, A quantitative diagnostic criteria which established by the Chinese scientists and has been accepted by the ISMM( 2004) as an international diagnostic criteria and named as "CMS Qinghai Score". The epidemiological characteristics of CMS among Tibetan populations suggest that CMS is a common disease on the Qinghai-Tibetan plateau. A roughly estimated that CMS occurs in approximately 6% of Han immigrants, which amount to some 250 000 patients of the high plateau. Loss of altitude adaptation leads to hypoventilation is the primary pathogenesis and resulting in severe hypoxemia, excessive polycythemia, and accentuated pulmonary artery hypertension. It would be important consequences for prediction of which individuals may be at risk for development of CMS,and effectively control the risk factors,as well as enhanced the altitude population's acclimatization and adaptation.关键词
