非酒精性脂肪性肝病与代谢综合征指标变化的相关性分析
Correlation between metabolic syndrome-related parameters and nonalcoholic fatty liver disease

Abstract
Objective To investigate metabolic syndrome-related parameters in prevalence rate of nonalcoholic fatty acid liver disease( NAFLD) in middle-age and elderly people. Methods We collected the profiles of B ultrasound examinations in those who were aged above 40 yrs for health check between 2010 and 2011. Correlation between changes in condition of NAFLD and variation in BMl,FBG,trigiycerol(TG) ,TC( total cholesterol) ,HDL-C( high-density lipoprotein-cholesterol), LDL-C(low-density lipoprotein-cholesterol) .alanine transferase( ALT) and uric acid(UA) was analyzed using Logistic regression model. Results Both sex groups yielded an increased rate of NAFLD in year 2011. Incidence of NAFLD was significantly higher among males as compared with females (13.7% vs 7. 5% ,P <0.OS). A 5.5% reduction in the prevalence rate was associated with both sexes,with patients aged 60 yrs presenting the most significant reduction. Variation in BM1 was associated with increased prevalence of NAFLD (OR = 1.474,95%CI1.184 - 1. 811). There was no correlation between variation in BMI and TG levels and increased prevalence of NAFLD. In addition,changes in BMI and TG were negatively correlated with the reduced prevalence rate of NAFLD (For BMI,OR = 0.628,95% Cl 0.460 ~0. 857 ;for TG,OR = 0.653,95% CI0. 508 ~ 0. 838). By contrast, no correlation was revealed between change in FBG and reduced prevalence rate of NAFLD. Conclusion Variation in BMI is closely correlated with incidence of NAFLD. The negative correlation between TG and BMI is associated with reduced prevalence of NAFLD and is one of the impact {actors that contribute to changes in the disease condition.关键词
