Assessment of bronchial provocation and dilation test
摘要
Abstract
Bronchial provocation and dilation tests are objective reflection of airway responsiveness and reversibility, respectively. These measurements may be applied for the diagnosis,differential diagnosis and efficacy assessment of airway obstructive diseases including bronchial asthma and COPD, and are of considerable clinical significance. In the current article, parameters for judgment, positive threshold, impact factors, quality control, clinical significance and negative outcomes of both measurements were reviewed.关键词
