摘要
Abstract
A computer-based operating system of national psychological crisis hotline was developed at Beijing Suicide Research and Prevention Center in May, 2003. Based on this computer-based operating system, the standardization and systematization of the operators' psychological counseling and intervention services, and scientifically monitoring, evaluating, and managing the operators'services are becoming possible. The system also provided a rich and valuable resource for providing research, education, and training about psychological hotline services. This paper briefly introduced the content of the eight models of this system.关键词
