Abstract
This investigation and analysis were carried on canine parvovirus from 2009 to 2010 of Jilin city. Chosing 5684 disease canine from 9 clinical hospital, through clinical examination and laboratory diagnosis to make a definite diagnosis, get 4124 different types of canine parvovirus were got. Results indicated that esoenteritis pattern was main type (49. 64%); breed variety affect canine parvovirus arised, pure breed canine was higher than indigenous breed in disease incidence, respectively was 62. 85% and 11. 99% ; puppy (1 to 3 month) were esay to fall ill, was 65.11% s 2 to 3 and 11 to 12 month were higher morbidity than other months; canine parvovirus was also concerned with immune frequency. So, preventing canine parvovirus methods were to chose high-quality vaccinum, increase immune frequency percent every year, have a reasonable breed environment, and enhance to protect in season and age stage of easily fall ill.关键词
