应用PCR法检测禽源生物制品中禽网状内皮组织增生症病毒
Detection of Avian Reticuloendotheliosis Virus of Biologicals of Avian Origin by PCR
摘要
Abstract
In order to quickly and accurately detect avian reticuioendotheliosis virus of biologicals of avian origin, according to REV reference strains LTR sequences published in GenBanU, 1 pair of specific primers which the amplification length was 314 bp were designed and synthesis using Primer Premier 5.0, and the PCR method was established. The specificity and sensitivity of PCR method was proved to be well. With the simultaneous comparison test by indirecting immunofluorescence method, we found the consistent of the results was higher, and the results of PCR method was more intuitive, easily estimated, facilitatly sample storage, reinspection was also convenient and could completed at the same day, showing good viability.关键词
