Identification and Biological Characteristics of A Strain Streptococcus suis
摘要
Abstract
According to the cultural and staining characteristics, morphology and biochemical test, slide agglutination test and PCR typing of Streptococcus suis, a strain of Streptococcus suis type 2 was isolated from samples of sick and dead pig. Animal pathogenicity test demonstrated that 2× 108 doses could be lethal to miccniuramidase released protein (MRP) , extracellular factor (EF) and hemolysin (sly) were all positive according to PCR detection, it provided a candidate strain for oneself inactivated vaccine preparation.关键词
