摘要
Abstract
Since the discovery of intron, people always pay close attention to it. At present more and more researches have found that intron is involved in raRNA transcription and translation regulation and tissue-specific expression. Based on intron recognition, it shows wide application prospect in many ways, but the intron application has just started. In this paper, those are discussed about the function of intron and the application of intron in genomics, molecular evolution, molecular systematics and transgenic system.关键词
