Research Progress on the Detection of Chloramphenicols Multi-residue in Aquatic Products
摘要
Abstract
Chloramphenicols is a kind of antibiotic drugs with efficiently broad-spectrum and widely applied in animal aqua-culture. But the side effect of residues of chloramphenicols in aquatic product will influence on aquatic products' export and human health. In this paper, the sample pre-treatment and main analytical methods for chloramphenicols in aquatic product were reviewed, including microbiology method, immunoassay, chromatography. and so on. Each method's advantage and disadvantage would be comprised in the article. At last, promising methods for chloramphenicols multi-residue were brought forward.关键词
