Abstract
Six A. hydrophil isolates were isolated from fishes collected from 3 reservoirs in Jinzhou and periphery region by isolation and culture, staining microscopy ,biochemical tests and amplifying aer gene with PCR. The results of drug sensitivity test indicated that the isolates were all sensitive to ciprofloxacin,chloromycetin,doxycycline and tobramycin and resistant to ampicillin and penicillin. Different degree resistance was existed in some strains. The laboratory animals appeared obvious pathological features and death after inoculation.关键词
