一起鸡新城疫的诊断及强弱毒株鉴别的研究
Study on a Newcastle Disease Detection and the Strain Typing of Newcastle Disease Virus
摘要
Abstract
There were some chickens troubled with a disease which caused the chickens neurosis, declining of egg laying, increasing of egg abnormal, embarrassment as well as diarrhea and so on. The chicken farm was visited and the infected chickens were acquisited. The disease was identified to be the Newcastle disease and produced Escherichia coli afterwards to send infection according to the results of clinical symptom, pathoanatomical examination, bacteriology, orrhology as well as virologi-cal examination. Then, real-time fluorescent PCR was done to identify the strain typing of Newcastle disease virus, the result showed that the Newcastle disease virus was midst-velogenic strain.关键词
