Abstract
OBJECTIVE: To study the effectiveness of clinical nuising pathway in patients with pneumonia. METHODS: 124 patients with pneumonia were randomly divided into control group (61 cases) and observation group (63 cases). The patients in observation group were given nursing by the clinical nursing pathway on the basis of routine nursing care, while those in control group were only given routine nursing care. RESULTS: Compared with control group,hospitalization days and hospitalization cost decreased significantly in observation group (P<0.05), while degree of satisfaction and mastery of knowledge in patients improved significantly (P<0.05). CONCLUSION: The clinical nursing pathway is a kind of scientific management mode, which can improve work more efficiently, control costs and guarantee the quality of nursing care.关键词
