右美托咪啶用于纤维支气管镜检查麻醉的临床观察
Clinical Observation of Dexmedetomidine for Anesthesia of Fiberbronchoscopy

Abstract
OBJECTIVE: To observe the anesthesia effect of dexmedetomidine for fiberbronchoscopy. METHODS: 120 patients underwent fiberbronchoscopy were randomly divided into 2 groups. Patients in group A were anesthetized by Lidocaine aerosol plus Lidocaine carina surface anesthesia, and patients were anesthetized by dexmedetomidine in group B. HR, MAP, SpO2 and adverse drug reaction were observed at different time points. RESULTS: HR, MAP of patients in group A increased and SpO2 decreased obviously compared with pre-operation. HR in group B decreased significantly, MAP decreased slightly but other indicators had no change. There was significant difference between group A and B (P<0.05). The incidence of adverse drug reactions in group A was more significant than in group B (P<0.01). CONCLUSION: Suppression of respiration and circulation are decreased by using dexmedetomidine for anesthesia of fiberbronchoscopy. Dexmedetomidine anesthesia was safe and effective with low incidence of ADR.关键词
