冻疮药酒的药理作用研究

摘要
Abstract
OBJECTIVE: To investigate pharmacological action of Chilblain medicinal liquor. METHODS: Anti-inflammation, analgesic, inhibiting capillary permeability, relieving itching effects swelling relief of Chilblain medicinal liquor were determined by mice ear swelling method, hot plate method, permeability of abdominal capillary, guinea pig histamine diphosphate relieving itching threshold and rat toe swelling, respectively. The experiments were divided into 4 groups, i.e. normal saline control group, positive drug group and Chilblain medicinal liquor high and low concentration groups. RESULTS: Chilblain medicinal liquor containing 30% or 15% crude drug decreased the mice ear swelling(P<0.01); Chilblain medicinal liquor increased histamine diphosphate relieving itching threshold (P<0.0l). It also relived rat toe swelling induced by egg white at the end of 6 hours (P< 0.01); the pain threshold value of mice were elevated(P<0.01) . CONCLUSION: Chilblain medicinal liquor has extensive pharmacological effects and is effective preparation for chilblain.关键词
