HPLC法测定胡颓子叶中山柰素的含量
Content Determination of Kaempferol in Elaeagnus pungens Leaf by HPLC

Abstract
OBJECTIVE: To establish a method for the content determination of kaempferol in Elaeagnus pungens leaf. METHODS: HPLC method was adopted. The determination was performed on YMC-Pack ODS-A(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm) with mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-0.3% phosphoric acid (38:62) at flow rate of 1.0 mL·min‐1. The column temperature was set at 25 ℃. The detection wavelength was 366 nm, and the injection volume was 5 μL. RESULTS: The linear range of kaempferol was 0.046~0.552 μg (r=0.999 9) with an average recovery of 99.48% (RSD=1.75% ,n=6). The content of kaempferol from different habitats at different time ranged from 1.87~4.28 mg·g‐1. CONCLUSION: The method is simple, accurate and reproducible, which was suitable for the quality control of E. pungens Leaf.关键词
