Abstract
OBJECTIVE: To provide the spectral evidence for the structural identification of sodium lauroyl-α-hydroxyethyl sulfonate. METHODS: The spectral properties of sodium lauroyl-α-hydroxyethyl sulfonate were studied through spectroscopic methods including IR, 'D and 2D NMR, and MS spectroscopic techniques. RESULTS: In the paper, the assignment of IR signals and 1H, I3C chemical shifts had been completed, and the main cleavage pathways of fragment ions in MS spectrum had also been analyzed in detail. CONCLUSION: The structure of sodium lauroyl-a-hydroxyethyl sulfonate is verified by intensive spectral studies.关键词
