Abstract
OBJECTIVE: To establish a method for the content determination of ginkgolides in Ginkgo biloba from Three gorges reservoir area. METHODS: HPLC method was adopted. Hypersil ODS-C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm) column was used with mobile phase consisted of methanol-tetrahydrofuran-water (25:5:70) at a flow rate of 1.0 mL·min‐1. The column temperature was set at 30 ℃. The detection was carried out with ELSD detector. Four ginkgolides were measured with the external standard method. RESULTS: The liner ranges of the four components, ginkgolides A, ginkgolides B, ginkgolides C and bilobalides, were 1.53-19.30 μg(r=0.999 5), 1.31-17.42 μg{r=0.999 3},1.49~I7.45 μg (r=0.999 8) and 2.07-19.86 μg(r=0.999 0),respectively. Average recoveries were 98.22% ,95.05% ,97.23% and 98.67% , and RSDs were 4.3% , 3.9% , 4.1% and 3.7% , respectively (n=6). CONCLUSION: The method is simple, precise and reproducible, which could be used for the content determination of ginkgolides in G. biloba and quality control of G. biloba from three gorges reservoir area.关键词
