Abstract
OBJECTIVE: To establish a method to determine the content of salvianolic acid B in Gubining capsule. METHODS: The content of salvianolic acid B was determined by HPLC. The separation was carried out on a Dikma DiamonsilTM C18 (250 mm×4.6 mm, 5 nm) column with the mixture of methanol-acetonitrile-formic acid-water (30:10:1:59) as a mobile phase at the flow rate of 1.0 Ml·min‐1 and detection wavelength was set at 286 nm. RESULTS: The linear range of salvianolic acid B was 0.276~2.760 μg(r=0.999 9) with an average recoveries of 98.91% (RSD=2.41% ,n=9). CONCLUSION: The method is simple, accurate and reproducible and can be used to determine the content of salvianolic acid B in Gubining capsule.关键词
