Abstract
OBJECTIVE: To analysis the drug use in the out-patients of primary medical and health institutions of inner mongo-lia. METHODS: By a retrospective analysis of 54 counties in inner mongolia, the sampled prescriptions were examined one by one and made statistical analysis. RESULTS:The 5 293 prescriptions of out-patients in 2010 were randomly taken, the average number of drugs prescribed in one prescription was 3.17 kinds, the average money of drugs prescribed in one prescription was 49.19 yuan. The usage rated of injection, anti-microbial drugs and transfusion was 40.68%, 51.92%, 40.75%. CONCLUSION:It can find irrational use of drugs to spot check prescription in primary medical and health institutions of inner Mongolia. We should reinforce the recipe management and continue to promote the implementation of prescription management method, to promote rational drug use.关键词
