Comparative Study on the Execution Program of Essential Drug Centralized Distribution in Primary Health Care Institutions in China
摘要
Abstract
OBJECTIVE: To provide reference for perfecting essential drugs centralized distribution. METHODS: Execution program of essential drug centralized distribution in primary health care institutions in provinces and cities in China were analyzed comparatively. RESULTS: There were great differences in those execution programs among different provinces such as the way of getting the distribution, the demands of centralized distribution, monthly purchase times, time of arrival and how to pay the money. CONCLUSION: We should optimize the national execution program of essential drug centralized distribution, promote resource integration of medicine distribution enterprises, entrust the right of drug distribution to county level, regulate the frequency of monthly purchase and time of arrival, pay the money every month by county.关键词
