Abstract
OBJECTIVE: To observe the clinical efficacy of domperidone combined with Xiangsha liujunzi decoction in the treatment of functional dyspepsia. METHODS: 160 patients with functional dyspepsia from Jan. 2010 to Jan. 2011 were randomly divided into trial group and control group. Both groups were given domperidone while the experiment group was additionally given Xiangsha liujunzi decoction. RESULTS: The total effective rate of experiment group was higher than that of control group (91.25% vs. 75.00%, P<0.05). The clinical symptom score of 2 groups had statistical significance before and after surgery (P<0.05). The clinical symptom score of experiment group after surgery was lower than that of control group (P<0.05). The major clinical symptoms of experiment group after surgery were fewer than those of control group (P<0.05). There is no ADR found in 2 groups. CONCLUSION: Domperidone combined with Xiangsha liujunzi decoction can obviously improve the functional dyspepsia with good effect and few ADR.关键词
