养血清脑颗粒治疗椎-基底动脉供血不足的疗效观察
Efficacy Observation of Yangxue Qingnao Granules in the Treatment of Vertebrobasilar Arterial Insufficiency

Abstract
OBJECTIVE: To observe the therapeutic efficacy of Yangxue Qingnao granules in the treatment of vertebrobasilar arterial insufficiency. METHODS: 95 patients with vertebrobasilar arterial insufficiency were randomly divided into treatment group (49 cases) and control group (46 cases). Control group was given conventional treatment and oral dose of Flunarizine hydrochlo-ride capsules(5 mg, qn) while treatment group was additionally given Yangxue Qingnao granules(4 g, tid) on the basis of control group for continuous 30 days. Clinical efficacy and the velocity change of vertebral basilar artery by transcranial doppler ultrasound before and after treatment were observed in 2 groups. Adverse drug reactions of patients were recorded during treatment. RESULTS: The total effective rate of treatment group was 95.92%, which was better than 84.78% of control group significantly (P< 0.05), the improvement of cerebral blood flow velocity in treatment group was better than in control group (P<0.01). No obvious side effect was found in treatment group during treatment. CONCLUSION: Yangxue Qingnao granules can improve dizziness and cerebral blood flow velocity without obvious side effect关键词
