华蟾素致不良反应114例文献分析
Literature Analysis of 114 ADR Cases Induced by Clnobufacini
摘要
Abstract
OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the type and characteristics of adverse drug reactions (ADR) induced by cinobufacini, and to provide reference for rational use of drugs in the clinic. METHODS: 114 cinobufacini-induced ADR cases reported in domestic publication medicine periodicals since Jan. 1998-Dec. 2010. were analyzed statistically. RESULTS & CONCLUSIONS: The clinical main manifestations were local vein reaction and drug allergy reaction. Influencing factors of ADR: male was more than female, drug combination was more than single drug, intravenous injection was more than intramuscular injection. 60 ADR cases occurred within 1 h and mainly manifested as i.v. injury. They are cured and recovered after thesapy. Great importance should be attached to ADR induced by cinobufacini, in order to avoid the recurrence.关键词
