Abstract
OBJECTIVE: To summarize the composition and drug resistance change of bacterial isolates in our hospital in 2011. METHODS: By using retrospective analysis method, the distribution, composition and drug resistance of bacteria were summarized statistically in our hospital in 2011. RESULTS: 2 690 strains of Gram-negative bacteria were isolated and detected in 2011 (62.65% ), of which 1.33% of Gram-negative bacteria were completely drug-resistant; 528 strains were Gram-positive bacteria (12.30% ), 1 076 strains were fungi (25.06% ) ;p the main pathogens were Escherichia coli(16.02% ), Klebsiella pneumoniae (12.74%), Pseudomonas aeruginosa (11.29%), Acinetobacter baumannii (9.41%). Gram-positive bacteria were highly sensitive to nitrorurantoin, and Gram-negative bacteria showed the minimum resistance to carbon carbapenem antibiotics. CONCLUSION: We should enhance susceptibility test for antibiotics use and choose antibiotics reasonably.关键词
