加用拉莫三嗪治疗成人难治性部分性癫痫的疗效观察
Efficacy Observation of Lamotrigine Adjunctive Treatment for Adult Refractory Partial Epilepsy

Abstract
OBJECTIVE: To observe the effect of lamotrigine adjunctive treatment for refractory partial epilepsy. METHODS: 62 cases of refractory partial epilepsy were continuously collected from our hospital from 2007 to 2010, and they received consecutive regular treatment for more than 2 years but still with frequent episodes. They were given the same dose of original anliepileptic drugs, and additionally received oral dose of lamotrigine. By open self-observation for 6 months, the control rate of lamotrigine to refractory partial epilepsy, the improvement of EEG, adverse drug reactions and safety were evaluated. RESULTS: After lamotrigine adjunctive therapy for refractory partial epilepsy, the effective rale was 82.3%, and 24.2% of patients were with complete control of seizures. The liver, kidney, blood, urine function and ECG had no significant changes before and after treatment. Occasionally patients had mild side effects, but it did not affect the results. CONCLUSION: Lamotrigine adjunctive therapy for refractory partial epilepsy is effective with slight side effects.关键词
