Abstract
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the characteristics and regularity of adverse drug reaction (ADR) in our hospital. METHODS: By retrospective study, 774 ADR cases from our hospital during 2008-2011 were analyzed statistically. RESULTS: Antimicrobial drugs took up the first place among ADR-inducing drugs (313 cases, 40.44%). ADR cases were mostly caused by intravenous administration (559 cases, 72.22%). ADR mostly occurred in patients aged above 60 years old (296 cases, 38.24%). Lesion of skin and appendants were the most common clinical manifestations (247 cases, 31.46%). CONCLUSION: Great importance should be attached to ADR monitoring and rational drug use to reduce or avoid the occurrence of ADR.关键词
