Abstract
OBJECTIVE: To discuss the practice and experience of clinical pharmacists participating in the clinical consultation of patients with hypertension and diabetes and developing therapeutic scheme. METHODS: The paper provided clinical physicians with advice on the rational use of drugs through analyzing the therapeutic scheme of 3 cases of hypertension and diabetes based on the patho-physiological conditions of the patients and the relevant treatment guidelines and expert consensus. RESULTS&CONCLU-SION: The clinical pharmacists can exploit their pharmaceutical expertise and make rational recommendations on drug therapy in order to maintain blood pressure and blood lipid, reduce adverse drug reactions and improve the efficacy of drug therapy.关键词
