Abstract
OBJECTIVE: To summarize the content and experience of practice pharmacists developing pharmaceutical care in ICU by using anti-infective as breakthrough point. METHODS: Based on the daily round, consultation for critical patients, formulation of therapeutic scheme, guidance for nurses on rational drug use, application and purchase of new drugs, temporary drug use assessment, and so on, some typical cases that clinical pharmacists encountered in rounds and consultations were described and analyzed. RESULTS&CONCLUSION: Clinical pharmacists should select breakthrough point and provide ordered service for the clinic thoroughly. They should improve self-quality, and cooperate with related department closely at the same lime. They also should play a professional role in rational drug use. The pharmaceutical care carried out in ICU has obtained preliminary success.关键词
