Abstract
OBJECTIVE: To optimize the preparation technology of Xuanshi gelatin. METHODS: Based on single factor test, the preparation technology was optimized by orthogonal design with the ratio of ethanol to glacial acetic acid, maceration time and percolation velocity as factors using the contents of osthole and total solid matters as index. RESULTS: The optimal conditions for preparation was ratio of ethanol to glacial acetic acid of 4:1(V/V), maceration time of 56 h, percolation velocity of 0.2 mL·min-1. CONCLUSION: The optimal technology is simple and stable, which can be used for the prepartion of Xuanshi gelatin.关键词
