Abstract
OBJECTIVE: To evaluate therapeutic efficacy and safety of Kudiezi injection in the treatment of coronary heart disease angina. METHODS: Domestic published literatures about RCTs of Kudiezi injection in the treatment of coronary heart disease angina were retrieved and selected. Jadad score was used to evaluate the quality of literatures, and the quality of statistical analysis was conducted using Meta-analysis. RESULTS: 9 studies met inclusion criteria. Compared with control group, ratio of clinical efficacy of Kudiezi injection in the treatment of coronary heart disease angina (OR merger=11.67) and OR merger 95% CI both were more than 1, significant test Z=7.28 (P<0.000 01), the diamond was completely on the right of vertical line. CONCLUSION: Therapeutic efficacy of Kudiezi injection in the treatment of coronary heart disease angina is better than control group. However, a small number of low quality studies are included, and the results of efficacy evaluation still need the verification of randomized double-blind controlled trial of high-quality large-scale sample.关键词
